1998-2002: Director of research Department, Greenland Institute of Natural Resources (GN). Other relevant experience:
1982-1994: Technician/senior technician at the Directorate for Wildlife research (DVF), Norwegian Research Council (NAVF and NINA (Total 108 months)
1982, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1995, 1996: Experience as mountain warden during summer and fall. (Total 14 months)
1977 - 1979: Completed national service as chief petty officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
1976-1981: Comprehensive experience from practical forestry, some experience from agriculture, sailor (Total 27 months).
